Committing to Be Happy

Today I woke up and I felt exhausted and sick and unhappy. And I've felt like that often lately. I did my morning Tarot reading to work on the energy of the day and my cards were practically telling me that I wasn't taking care of myself: my body, my mind, my energy. I was letting the shadow taking control of my life because sometimes that's what we do. When we grieve or we are worried or we are anxious or we are lost we look just can't stay in the sun. The sun becomes a burning thing, too bright, too hot... just too much . And then I started listening at a Michael Singer's podcast where he said "You Should wake up in the morning and say to yourself: I hope you have fun today". So I decide to commit to stay in the Sun as much as I can, find more kindness and keep walking on my healing path trying to stay in the sun light more often than the shade. I said to myself ... I want to be happy.

Oh Happiness...  this universal pursuit, something we all strive for in our lives. It may seem elusive at times, but the truth is that when we realize that happiness is not a destination but a journey, a mindset, and a commitment, everything changes, our whole world becomes brighter because we realize that happiness is where we are walking, it's everywhere around us and most of all happiness is in us.

So, let's commit to be happy. Let's make a conscious choice today to prioritize our well-being and make decisions that support our happiness. Let's practice more gratitude. Let's tale care of our physical and mental health. Let's cultivate joyful relationships. Let's pursue our passions and purpose. Let's be more mindful and live more in the present moment. Let's truly embrace this journey without too much drama. There will be ups and downs, challenges and triumphs. Let's embrace the full spectrum of human experience and continue to learn and grow along the way. Our commitment to happiness is a lifelong spiritual work.

Committing to be happy is a transformative decision that can change the course of our lives. Happiness is a choice, and our commitment to it can lead to a more fulfilling, content, and joyful life and guide us on a path to a brighter , softer, balanced future.
